Job Description:

• To implement the strategies made for subscription department.
• Handling team of tele-sales and being accountable for achievement of team as well as individual targets.
• Motivating, supervising & guiding the team members to achieve assigned sales targets.
• To arrange & distribute data to tele-sales.
• To plan targets & innovate new ideas to achieve the targets.
• To take initiative to solve problems found by tele-sales & customers.
• Plan to attend events for boosting subscription sales & organize brochures, etc. for the same.

• The incumbent will have the responsibility to maximize advertising volume and revenue from the assigned region   for the Publication. Work cooperatively with the functional staff for the overall success of the show.

Desired Profile:

• Person should be minimum Graduate.

Job Description:

• The incumbent will be reporting to the Sr. Assistant Editor / Executive / Managing Editor.
• Should be comfortable with reporting and at the desk.
• Interviewing industry leaders, attending industry specific events, conferences, exhibitions.
• Rewriting articles and writing fresh articles as well.
• Doing Feature articles which are interview-based.
• Getting pages into production as per Sr. Assistant Editor / Executive / Managing Editor’s requirements.
• Associating with designers / DTP operators and ensuring an error-free & smooth production process.

Desired Profile:

• Person should be graduate in BMM (Journalism), B.A. or M.A. English Literature / Mass Communication / PG in   Journalism.
• Person should have worked in an English publication in a similar capacity or a grade lower for at least 1 year   and/or with a B2B industry experience of 1 year.
• Added preference for candidates having worked in a B-2-B publication, preferably Construction / Infrastructure /   Engineering Industry.

• One who is well-versed with Digital Marketing, primarily email marketing, social media strategy and management,   paid marketing.
• High-quality reporting, copywriting, content planning and analytic skills.
• Knowledge of Infusion Soft will be an added advantage.
• Quick turnaround times to get projects executed. The strategy is important, but the execution is even more   important!
• Designation and remuneration will be commensurate with the candidates’ profile.
